I had a nice size and well-appointed room complete with a high ceiling, the bedroom, for example. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and a refrigerator were really useful...

The hotel was in a great location, close to most historic sites and good location for restaurants and bars. The street was a little noisy at nights but did not disturb us too much. Beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. All good for a short stay. Also, the property was very clean and was super convenient for exploring and nipping back to if we needed it.

We didn’t realize you have 2 flights of stairs to carry luggage up- it didn’t bother us but good to know in case you can’t do this. The windows/doors don’t keep out much noise, so recommend bringing earplugs.

The small balcony was a nice feature. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The double room was well-equipped with climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a coffeemaker. We enjoyed ordering lunch from Oineas restaurant, which was conveniently located just a short walk from the hotel.

The location of One Three One - In The Heart Of is unbeatable. Just a few minutes' walk from the metro station and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was in great condition and looked recently renovated. We also appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. Despite the lack of staff on site, the hotel representative we spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful and courteous.

One drawback was that the property is unmanned, which was not clearly mentioned in the hotel description. This led to some confusion and a bit of a shock when we arrived to find the entrance door locked.

The room I stayed in was modern and well-appointed, with a lovely terrace that provided an amazing view. the host was very helpful and friendly, providing us with recommendations for local restaurants and surrounding attractions, which was a great touch. two complementary facts were offered such as a kettle and fridge, making our stay comfortable and efficient. the location is key, being centrally located with easy access to everything.

The shower was cramped, which detracted from the overall experience. the noise level was a bit high, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
